Peach Lemon Spritzer

Sunshine in a cup.


  • 5 ripe peaches (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 1/4 lemons)
  • 1L seltzer water
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup

To Prepare

  • Rinse your peaches thoroughly, slice them up, toss out the pits, add them to the blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve to catch all the bits of skin.
  • Add one cup of the puree to a large pitcher, along with the lemon juice, seltzer water and sweetener.
  • Stir to combine and garnish each glass with a peach slice!
